So here is just a quick post. I don't really have anything new going on in my life. I decided to cook something and post it, so here is my chimichangas. They were delicious. I made Mexican food because Ashley is really craving it and I want to be good at it for when she comes back! ;) It is almost Valentine's Day so happy V-Day to all especially Ashley! I'm going snowboarding tomorrow so wish me luck. I am actually starting to get good, and I can fly down the mountain. See ya'll!!!

Just looking at your Mexican cooking is making me hungry. Chimicangas are my favorite, so you can cook for me anytime. What is the name of the dish cooking in the pan?
